Connection problem!

Hello
A long time, i have some problem with my connection.
Every 5-10 minutes, everything that has connection to the internet stops/shut down. really annoying, so i am getting kicked of the game i am playing. Its "off" for like 30-60 seconds and then it just works fine for 10 mins~.

So my question is, what is the problem?

Internet speed: 2mbit/s




The options i think is the problem

1.The router?
2.The internet speed?
3.The company of my internet?

Im pretty sure its not the internet speed.. because @ my moms place its also 2mbit/s but i never get kicked! though its a diffrent company.. but im not sure.

Call your ISP, they should be able to assist you with the problem.

Sounds like it would be a problem with the router or ethernet cables, your isp should be able to sort it out as someone above me said
