Create a Tibia Install file of my server

Hi, who can helpme i have a 10.78 client i want make a luancher, but my problem is when i download i never "install" my files... I dont know why, i compile server i got a Tibia.exe with ips of my server but i dont know how make a install program.

And before that how i can created a launcher.

Any guide or any help? have a great day
