Create Teleport when kill monster

So I search a scripts, which create teleport when kill monster.
For example when we kill morgaroth, a create teleport in pos=10;10;5 and it's teleport to pos=15;20;5.
Also if someone can that's teleport should be only 10 minutes and then disappear.

Can someone do this?;d
