Create Website Hosting for me

Got a guide in a Brazilian community but do not quite understand because the pictures are damaged and I'm not very good in Portuguese if anyone knows anything about this please help me

this guide is to put my website in a hosting and not have to install xamp or something if anyone knows how to help me, thanks

Ok, go to Free Web Hosting with PHP, MySQL and cPanel, No Ads register there, then create domain, or use existing one, go to your cp, then you will see tab called » Files , Click on File Manager, then login, and go to the Public html folder, and there upload your files. Then you will have to point your domain to this ip 208.43.152.32 or/and 64.235.48.196

Strasxni, I doubt my site went up I do not understand is how to configure the config/config.lua in htdocs nor are they put in the server config.lua tell me how I more or less to finish setting?
