Creating Custom Client 8.60

Hello Folks!

Im almost done with my project! But I never try/did a custom client work (without Ip-Changer)

My question is, There's a full guide somewhere? I want to change the background picture, etc..

If someone could help me find a good guide, or tell me a way, maybe programs (idk if i need programs or something special lol)....
