CreatureScript - Help with house rents messages!

I trying to do some script with a house rents message when the player Loguin on the game, he get a message with that info:

"Do you have a house name"..getHouseName(houseId).." and you need pay in "..days.." that "..price.."."
I do not if will be used just this functions, maybe more ..
but, I will explain what I am trying to say ...

The player log into the game and get a message on console blue or orange and that form:
"Do you have a house name X and you need pay in Y days that Z gold coins."

I dont know to do that script .. I think need use "strings" and I know nothing about strings..
Someone can help me to do that script?
I'm using tfs 3.6 Crying Damson ..

Boolean = true/false
