Hello there. anyone knows how can i increase the damage dealed to the monster? im on rookgard now and trying to kill a rat and it takes ages even if i got a wooden sword.

multiple ways, monster xml file you can add a weakness to monster, lower their defense, or on vocation.xml grow up the damage multiplier.
