OTClient .dat and .spr signature for 11.x client

Hello everyone. As the title say, how do I find both signatures in 11.x client so I can edit the items with an otb editor?

first otb doesn't edit the items u only add the items in spr and dat after it u upgrade u otb with the client from otb editor second u can use 10,98 spr dat i think there no much update

The problem is that I receive an error message saying that the application could not find a plugin that could handle version 62.

Uploaded the error and the line I added so it can 'handle' the version.
