This is an invalid question, NOBODY is the best mapper or best scripter in otland, every mapper or scripter can't do EVERYTHING perfectly well, some do better than other, However Neon, Peroxide, Sharp, Illusion, Luffy, Hesten and a few others are good mappers. Not sure about scripters since I simply dgaf about em'
