Hoster Dedicated hoster available!

Greetings.

I have an extra server that I'm currently not using, and it's about to expire in like two weeks.

Therefore, I'm willing to renew it if someone will be looking for a decent host, someone who you can rely on. There are a couple terms that must be agreed upon:

• Donations from OT (if any) are used to pay for the dedicated server, the rest of them are split 75%/25% (75% to you, 25% to me for my efforts)
• Your server cannot be full of bugs.
• I can fix some minor bugs, but I do not want to be fixing tones of stuff.
• I can supply a domain, custom webpage and more.

Here are the specifications from the dedicated server:

Server is located in the United States (other locations MAY be available)
MS Windows 2003, 32bit system
Dual-core AMD processor 2.59 GHz
8GB of memory installed, displaying as 4GB because of 32bit system (upgrade to 64bit to allow use of memory is available to you if necessary)
100mb/100mb internet
750GB of space


I can offer vBulletin hosting for your server as well (I do have a license). Please remember if I do host your server, I will require we agree on a few things first. Also my terms for hosting a server:

1. Cannot be a download-run server.
2. It may however be downloaded and edited.
3. Preferably not real maps, unless highly edited and BUGLESS.
4. Servers that are already online and need better hosting are preferred.
