Dedicated server?

Im looking for a dedicated server on windows but I cant really find a good one so if someone has a link please post here.
Here is minimum I want from it:
*100mbits conection.
*Windows.
*Price 50-200$ monthly.

I will probably go for ovh, they offer 1gb Internet conection and then, if I want a better computer I will have to put more cash on the table. What do you think?
