Team Dedicated War-Server!

hii, I decided to create a war ot server, to get it works i need a team with great experienced, i hope i can found it hereeace:
Info: The map is gonna be based on rockard from real tibia but i will make a few changes, and you will login at 1/1 to Master Sorcerer, Elder Druid, Royal Paladin and Elite Knight the character will have level 35.
It will be 2 team's red (bloodz) and blue (cribz)
The team will consist of a scripter, web-expert, mapper and hoster.

imo there is no sense to make pvp enforced with start lvl 35.. you can even use exevo vis hur's with what u gonna fight wand + vis? lame ;/
