TFS 1.X+ Delete right and left panel OTC Mehah ann mosnters block spells

Me again.
I want to delete these panels and I can't find how in the interface.

I attach another problem so as not to create another post because it would be deleted.

When I cast a Spell it disappears when it makes contact with an object or creature.
