Difference in clients

Hello, ive been trying to search for the difference between clients. Im a fan of 7.4 up to 8.6. And everything upwards im not that familiar with. Pvp got changed alot, which client?

Im prob gonna try 10-12.x OTs, are they any good for an oldschool player?

I had an excel somewhere but can't find it. I used this site: Updates (https://tibia.fandom.com/wiki/Updates) it has all updates documented.
Mounts and cooldowns came in 8.7, last "oldschool" client with old animations was 9.86 and everything after version 11 is running on the new Qt client.
