I've tried to script this spell but i completelly failed, so im hoping some script genious from the forum can help me

Okay, here's the deal.
I made a custom item that transforms into different items when using it (sword, crossbow and wand), and now i need to make a spell that is different when using each weapon "mode".
For example:
If wearing X sword, cast Exori Hur
If wearing X crossbow, cast Exori Con
If wearing X wand, cast Exori Vis
