I believe we have all 7.4 druid spells + some custom spells listed here: Custom Spells | Darkrest.Online Wiki (https://darkrest-online.gitbook.io/darkrest.online-wiki/custom-spells)

7.4 Druid has no access to ice or earth. And the custom spells only mention 2 new conjure rune spells for Druid.
So is Druid going to be just 7.4 (where Druid was basically just an UH maker + a sio-er) + these 2 new runes or are there more spells that were accidentally forgotten? Because the Druid is labeled as life, earth, ice for Darkrest.

You are right. I forgot about the Conjuring Ice Missile rune. For Earth, there's the Druid's Ultimate Explosion.
