domain name cant be used by outher ppl (need help)

Allright so i use no-ip.com for a free domain like sytes.net but when i put "Target" to my ip
90.000.00.00 <- fake ip
it comes to my router login page that i don't want it to, when i take my ipv4 ip 192.168.1.225 it comes to the site, but ppl can't enter it...
klonera.sytes.net
is the ip i want connected to my site
