Domain problem.

Who here have registred domain in NAME.COM? I redirect the url to my dns but dont work.

Yes, i set my global ip but only me can see the website.

why don't you test with your own ip?
look it at "whatismiip.com"
and put it. Why? because your global ip isn't your own ip,
because other persons can have the same ip as you.
But you have the normal and Own ip.
