Complaint EDIT don't work

When i press "Save" nothing happens.

I think its only disabled in some sections like downloads etc I cant edit my release aswell in the website application section but I can edit in different sections.

if i use edit my pc go restart automatic :/
it only happens on this forum i tried it with opera/firefox/internet explorer
