I've redone most of the stuff, it supports TFS 1.0 now. If I find some time I'll finish it.

Hi guys. Made a little comeback, started working on this again.
It's coded in Laravel 5.1, currently supports only TFS 1.0.
Still haven't uploaded the code to GitHub, but I'll update it soon I hope.
