You can't decrypt this with "program", even if you can somehow see what kind of decryption is it, so if you have absolutely 0 knowledge about cryptography then don't even try. No one can help you with this, cause it requires some work and even with this it's not guaranteed to success.
If your friend does not know, you won't and no one else on this forum too.
