Parse error: syntax error, unexpected T_CASE in C:\xampp\htdocs\index.php on line 2

When I go to my aac site this comes up. But the site works if I write /index.php after the adress. The sites name is: habos.mine.nu

This happened when I did war system. On the line 2 there is:

date_default_timezone_set('europe/stockholm');

I hope someone could help me, thanks!

I think (not sure) you must set your country, not europe
Stockholm is in Sweden right?
Then it should be

date_default_timezone_set('sweden/stockholm');
