You guys should try to contact Talaturen and see if he could agree on some kind of agreement that any content from Evora may not be released on Otland, I'm not sure if he would agree though. But it would be very sad if the map got leaked...

Trackers can only track when in game, the server hasn't even started yet, and I'll be sure to ban anyone who's botting aswell as possible, they're probably tracking it if thats the case aswell.
Perhaps on the website, there could be a watchlist? which players who suspect other players of botting put their name on it, and the gamemasters could check on them, of course players will end up putting any name they can, but if they ain't botting then they're safe.

Botting will not be a problem if the staff are active and frequently ban people to mark that banning is not allowed, tracking can't be detected..

Considering our staff will most likely be the Devs and perhaps a few chosen? me and peroxide live in the same house and country, which is a day ahead of most countries, so I think it will be fairly monitored.
Best way to mitigate map tracking would be for them to make a custom client, then noobs at least can't track it
