I think the Experience Rate needs to be worked on. I understand the point of the Rebirth system and I agree with everything about it. Although I have one issue currently. The point of having Rebirths is to stop people from leveling to 5k. Although once you get to 50 rebirths you cannot rebirth anymore. Therefore the only thing to do is level. From like lvl 750 or so to 1.2k the Exp rate is 2x. As we all know, this is extremely slow but understandable. But once you get past 1.2k, the Rate drops to 1x. Now to take 15 lvls, it takes a day pratically. I get about 3 levels an hour if I powergame hard. For an OT I think this is wrong. Therefore I have thought of a solution.
Solution 1.
Unlimited Rebirths with same Exp stage. In this situation the rebirth damage must be fixed because I have heard that it is not working at the moment. This would forever stop people from leveling as high as possible because the more rebirths you get the higher your damage, hp, mana, cap and such. To go from 600-1.2k takes like 3 weeks. In 3 weeks a lvl 50 rebirth can probably rebirth like 20 times, so it would be more beneficial to just keep rebirthing.
Solution 2.
Keep max rebirths at 50.
If the player has less than 50 rebirths the Exp stage is the same. To stop low rebirths from leveling high.
If the player has the max rebirths of 50 the Exp stage either stays at 5x forever.
This is fair because the player who was able to make it to 50 rebirths will be rewarded for his efforts with a higher Exp rate at a high level. It will also give the server a chance to have certain bosses killed. As of now, there are multiple bosses which are UNKILLIABLE. For instance Pandoras box. At Exp rate 1x like i have now, No one will ever get high enough level to kill pandora's box. It just wont happen, i went out there and died in seconds while I was holding down my pot. I do have about 35k hp and 44k mana, thats a total of 79k health that was able to be taken away from be in between pots... aka an unkilliable monster.
I just feel that there needs to be a solution for people who get 50 rebirths. As it stands now, it seems like once a player gets 50 rebirths he doesnt really have a reason to keep playing. It is too log to level and the only way to level gets boring, resulting in a player quitting.
Everyone please comment on the 2 solutions and let me know what you feel would be best for the server.
