Hi guys!

Its theme from another barrel.

Ive created 4people team (with me) and project of unique game server.
Our financial contribution amounted to $ 250 each. (1000$ together )
I did all whole engine files and website.
They only gave me 250$ each (i paid 250 too)

IS it fair distribution 50% to me and 2nd 50% between 3men?
I want to hear for and against reasons. :)

why not split 80% between yourself and team and then 20% back on project?

Because they put in nothing apart from the money as I spent in the same amount $? I did all files and web and scripts working alone. They only waiting for finish??

Hm thats weird but interesting idea. So u mean 40/20/20/20 ?

I did all whole engine files and website.
I'm sorry but being part of this community has proven me that only handful of developers actually are capable of doing entire engine.
I just think you did few scripts and some changes to configurations.

Besides why you ask this from us?
Shouldn't you have discussed the profit distribution with the ones who support your idea / server?

I do not want to surprise them with my proposal because the profit question should be at the beginning

Fair =/= equal. I personally prefer old school European, pre-socialistic, system "God, will repay each person according to what they have done" from Bible. It's healthy. The person who did the most work gets the most profit. The person who made less, gets less and has "motivation" to do more.
Obviously I'm talking about employees, not employer/boss/owner - the original investor.
