My message is

When I go to /install.php I get the following message:

Im using xampp, and when I go to 4 I have error:

CAUTION: EVERYONE WITH STEP 4 PROBLEM,, USE XAMPP 1.6.5 INSTALLER and make sure u have the right settings in lua

My database struktur it's 0.2 but no running guild and online.
Aaaa... i have two servers. First kimfusi running apache, ventrilo etc. and second best of runiing TFS 0.2 and mysql.
