TFS 1.X+ [Fatal - Map::loadMap] [x:319, y:26, z:5] Failed to create item.

I added some items to the server, and created new items.otb, however when trying to open the game the error appears:

> Loading monsters
> Loading outfits
> Checking world type... PVP
> Loading map
Map size: 2048x2048.

[Fatal - Map::loadMap] [x:319, y:26, z:5] Failed to create item.

ERROR: Failed to load map
> No services running. The server is NOT online.

If I go to the position [x:319, y:26, z:5] , the item exists by the map editor.
If I delete, the error appears in another position.

It will continue appearing until you delete all of them. If you want to solve it, add same items.otb you're using on your server to inside your RME file /data/clientversion.

I've copied items.otb from TFS 1.4 to RME's data/1098 and it didn't make a difference, I still get the same "failed to create item" error.
If I do it other way around (copy from RME to TFS) it makes no difference either.
