First Source edit - compile. Need someone to help with. $10 pay

Hello,

I came back to otservers and im making one with my friends for fun. I need to make some fix/changes in my server (TFS 1.2) and i need to compile it. I follow the tutorial but i cant get it to work.
I need someone to help me to make me first compile succesfull.
I pay $10 bucks for the help. (i only prepaid to people with reputation)

I just uninstalled my visual studio 2017 and installing 2019, If no one did it to you any time soon I will compile it for free when I am ready.
