I never had an SSD and I dont know if it is the harddrive, but I'll buy one just to try. Even if it isnt the harddrive I'll still have a new SSD that is extremely good.

You should try to contact those you bought the computer from for alternative causes why it won't work. (Mention the parts you've got)

The first picture in the thread is a picture of me using MSI Afterburner...
and btw, I fixed the problem. Bought a new Intel 330 SSD 120gb and used it, now I dont have lags anymore, thanks everyone who tried to help me.

Well then, at OP
I've encountered some problem like this before where the HDD would spin-down after X minutes of idle, shit would just halt and I would need to wait for the HDD to spin back up.
You can change this and make it 99999999 minutes or some shit i dunno enjoy bb
