FPS problem

Basically when I play Arma/Dayz there is a chance my fps would drop to 4-10, not permanent drop tho, when I check Tibia at that while I see that I can only get 160, once I restart my computer the problem vanishes.

This only happens once per day, basically it's rare.

So, what causes this?

The only temperature that is getting over 60c is the graphics card which only gets on 75c and that's pretty much normal, beside that I have temperature alarm.
 
It could be that your computer is either entering systemidle to keep it's HDD and processor and RAM awake by spending it on basically nothing (almost all of it too) or you need to update your driver for your video card.
