For someone who had 0 involvement in creating the server you sure have a lot to say to protect it. Having played it, I am speaking pure facts and only letting people know what to expect from the bipolar host.

there is a difference between taking skull and taking 150~ frags within 3 days mainly on random players in order to try and get them to quit the server.
if u wanna talk shit tell the whole story and stop trying to manipulate people into trusting u when all u do is make believe thinking ur right when ur not.
sure banning people for mass pking might not be the best decision, but if you put yourself in gms position what would you do?
you just spent several years developing a server and suddenly some jealous kids come and spend some time exping and suddenly decide they are bored and wanna go back to tibiantis so they start ruining it for everyone and killing literally everyone they can.
tell me, would you let your server die or would you get rid of the ones destroying it?
or let me put in in an easier term for you. you are a doctor and a patient comes to you with cancer, you got 2 options.
option 1: you let the patient die of cancer because hey, you are religious and god gave this guy cancer.
option 2: you get rid of the cancer because that helps this guys family and friends, and grants him the opportunity to have a prosperous life.

Your DNS is blocking the website. Try using Googles DNS server instead of your ISPs. A lot of ISPs block non-mainstream websites to protect their elderly users and Odenia is not a large company who can afford paying to get on those whitelists like Meta or Apple.
I have sent emails to both VirginMedia and Vodafone just now explaining the situation and hoping they'll whitelist us. But that's all I can do from my end unfortunately.
