Every 2 months the same debate and the same conclusion: nothing change and nothing will change.
Nothing change because the owners dont try to resolve the real problems and the community focus in external things. They only copy other servers or versions and dont think about the real problems. When the server dies, they blame the community and the community blame the owners, and start again in 2 months.
Why people leave a server? Because there is a meta that you have to follow and the effort-reward with the time became more unbalanced so you have to effort more than the reward you receive, so people tend to leave and this make a snowball. Simple as that. And everything this guys do or implement increase this meta abuse doing the server die faster and faster because you reach the endgame fast. This game become more a job than a game to enjoy because of the meta and the meta abusers. And all this effort for what? Make a couple of wars or actions? After the first or second warmode/actions, the effort you have to put into the server dont compensate the "fun" you can have, and the wars itself become boring because nobody win of lose anything, just a "dominando" message in forums.
Just look at this servers. You have to waste stamina, you have to teamhunt for hours, you have to do tasks, you have to do bosses, you have to do dungeons, you have to do emblems or others rpg stuff, you have to use preys, you have to make money as you can, you have to do a lot of things to follow the meta and if you dont do it, you are out because other people will do it for 12 hours a day while you dont. Basically you have to spend half of your day playing. All of this just for have 1 hour of war every 2 days? Or to have an action at night? To play the same war that we play for years? Why? At least you have to play 2-3 hours daily just to rpg + the time you expend in pvp. 4-5 hours a day. You cant sustain this over time, is not posible. You can only sustain this for 1 week because people have the early motivation and the game is chaotic, wich makes it fun, but after 2-3 weeks people will start leaving because the server becomes a routine job. And if warplayers leaves they snowball and server become more inactive and end up dying.
And you guys can blame the community and bla bla bla, but its not true and its ilogical. There are some polish with 65IQ that if they die 1 time ragequit? Ofc, but most of the people are not like that and really want to stay in the same server if they have fun on it, but after a couple of weeks is almost impossible to have fun in this type of servers because they end up being a job. Do you really think people will play for months in Kasteria even if they do everything the "community" asks? He tries everything and everytime end with the same result as realesta or olders do. Every server with this metagame have the same problem, no matter the version.
Do you really think that if you change a few rates or delete preys the server will completely change and will last for months? Of course not. They can do everything but if they dont solve the meta problems, you cannot expect a server that last more than 3 weeks. You can put whatever rate or config you want, it wont work, as it happens for more than 3 years.
