1) Yes, very well balanced, knight & pallys were improved. also druids were improved, I do not like a server 90% sorcerer.
2) Yes, but it is very hard to obtain double stat, the only way to increase the legendary drop is by using a legendary booster (200% more) for 30 mins. (This does not mean you will get 1 legendary item for each monster.
)***You can use Legendary booster & exp booster at the same time.
***Boosters do not lost when they die or log in

He have stolen sprites from my old ot aswell .. without permission not even giving credits ...
+Black demons and some others aswell , Exact same colour code and the black demon skips a leg while walking same as on my server ..
People think its just an other colour but all those monsters files editing them and putting them all together was alot of work!
will you host custopia again? One of best customs map/items/monsters i remember. Good times

the only 7.1 thing about this server are the graphics
monster behaviour is 7.4 (monsters pushing parcels, switching targets, etc)
monsters attacks are from 7.4 (necros shoot poison, for example, they used to shoot some physical attack on 7.1)
there are level doors in quests (they did not exist in 7.1)
you can't lure dls/gs to venore dp (7.1 had lad ladders on entrances instead of stairs, making it possible to rope them)
no amulet of life
and of course, skull system
don't advertise it as 7.1 if it's not, please
