Fully Compiled Server 10.4 or higher please?

Hi Comunity I love to play OpenTibia when im sitting on the Train etc by myself, lately my External HDD died where I hade a fully compiled 9.8 Server to play offline and well now I dont have any Server to play offline anymore

Can someone give or help me with a fully compiled Server with the Version 10.4 or higher so I can play again and experiment with self made maps

P.S.: Sorry for my bad english Im awake since over 26 hours and I just tryed for 2 hours to make a Offline Server run, without any good Results

Somehow I fucked it up xD, I try to open the .exe and it closes within a few seconds >.< Ill give it an other try tonight but well
I think I should begin again with Mapping, thats more my place to be

check if your config.lua uses mysq pr sqlite if it mysql you must download xampp or uniserver i recommend uniserver , then open localhost/us_opt1 and import theforgottenserver.sql file in the database user you will make then everything should be good or use sqlite easier to handle if you are not going to work on making ur own ot
