Game Port and Login Port

Is it possible to make game port and login port the same? i want to be able to use 1 port like back in 0.3.2

You want to host a server with the ordinary 7171 port, right? Then you need to open the ports 7171/7172

I didn't really understand your question.

I dont want to have 7172, ive already fowarded all ports, all i want to do is eliminate game port, and just have 7171 to login and play

Edit: this might sound stupid, but do i just have login port :7171, and game port: 7171? will that work?

If I'm not wrong, yes it should work. Try it.

ERROR: game protocol and status protocol, login protocol, old login protocol cannot use the same port (7171).

Change the game port then to 7172.

Why don't you just leave settings like this?

	loginPort = 7171
	gamePort = 7172
	adminPort = 7171
	statusPort = 7171

ive got them open, but thing is im trying to run 2 servers and for some reason my router isnt letting me open any more ports, and ive only got 3 spare ones open, which leaves me to the conclusion that i need to run one server with game and login port the same

If it is a router problem, I suggest you to go to portforward's official forum and ask this, you'll get better answers there, trust me.
