There is your answer, now he says that he dident get any chanses as quested below, but fact is he's had his chanses, we asked him to become more active serveral times, but all he does is blaming us when nothing happens, I just finished his work that i told him to do 5 months ago, I'm not joking and it took me just about an hour..
