It's not that easy. We are trying our best to fix it. It's only the first week... Give it some time.

Like every server, noone and nothing is perfect.
Sam got an idea to prevent this bug.
We will test it as soon as the server is back up.
If everything works out as planned we will have the cause identified (or the person...).
