if im correct it should give mag+speed, i added it like 1 year ago so i cant rly remember if it gives mag

Agree. I never used the utito trans wolf spell cuz it sucks

and maybe make something to use your money cuz there is nothing to spend your money, only blessing and aol. maybe so runes ends so theres something to spend your money. Think about it =)
