How can I put links to accept <a href=""> </ a> <img src=""> and images?

In the Admin panel needs a limit of Bugs per page and a filter status (open, closed ...)

Works great.. just wondering what can you do in the admin panel?
When I first opened admin panel.. there were just a blank page.
Then I added a report. And the report showed in the admin panel too.. But you can't really do anything?
