You'll see exhaust, 1000 = 1 second

If you want the player to "shoot"/hit faster change it in vocations.xml

vocations.xml attack speed is attack speed by player like for knights with sword or pally with spears etc... but spells exahuste is like Sd rune exahuste the normal 2000 u can decrease it to 1500 or 1400 it would be better !
