GM Bug Help!

Yo sup all ^^
look i got this problem
i Have Sqlite Expert
To edit Players Easily and i got this problem

in my ACC i have Normal player - GM - CM - GOD

everything works but GM have 0 cap and when i edit it and i convert the gm to cm it have cap when i put it back to gm ir dont have cap.

What can i do ?

and it the sqlite exper says i put it as 400 or so :S and still ...
