GM issue!

I want to promote a guy to GM position. But i just want him to have these specific abilitys in-game! How is it possible to make? THanks for answer rep++!

The ONLY things a GM can do.
- /goto (not if player in-house)
- /ban
- /b (broadcast
- /ghost
- 0 Cap
- level 2
- Can't push items or carry items

Need help with this fast! What should i change? Thanks!

Edit your talkactions.xml

Change access of the required actions.

I know that some of these are there but its not possible... there mst be changes in flags i believe?

flags maybe for the no cap and what not but I think if you create a new group you might be able to change it in your db not sure.
