TFS 1.X+ Guide step by step to quest & quest log

Hi. Before I start begging, I admit I'm n00b.

I work on TFS 1.4.1 10.98.

I ask for step-by-step guide for dummies how to make a "story" quest (from npc, not just a chest) with questlog.
I saw this thread:

But as you can see (mine last post there), I couldn't get it. Last screens are expired, and anyway, it does not work to me. Maybe I'm missing something, like attaching entire script to lever, or something. Dunno. That's why I'm begging for help from a stratch.

If someone would be that kind, I'm begging for examples like:

• NPC needs you to get some item -> you can pass through doors X ONLY if you spoke to that NPC and agreed to help them, then if you bring him that item, you get reward
• NPC asks you to switch 2 levers with exact order (X, then Y)
• And in addition to any above, mount, or outfit as a reward

A big big big thanks in advance. As I said, i'm noobest.
