Guilds problem

Hello, my problem is, when anyone is trying to invite a player, and this players is online, when he accept and relog, the guild member will not saved, and auto delete's from the guild, for invite and accept a member to one guild, this player need to be offline, if he is online, will not save.

Why i got this problem?
