I'm not sure if it's the same on mySQL as in lite, doesn't say anything about test it.

Did not work..
Wow
1. Make a new account using Account Manager, or another method.
2. Make a new character.
3. Open your SQLite manager.
4. Find your account to make GM/GOD in "Accounts".
5. Edit the table, insert the value 3 on field group_id.
6. Save.
7. Find your player name in "Players".
8. Edit the table, insert the value 5 on field group_id.
9. Save and Done.
Value 3 and 5 is CM.
Value 3 and 4 is GM.
