well what I want to ask how to say the issue is to see which is the best host to put an OT!

What page?
How far of ram?
How much of your hard disk?
How to download?

and would like to give them the look paguina ym can say if that would be good or better one!, if that would suit me well as for OT!

It all depends on what sort of OT you're gonna host. If you're looking for something like an RL map then you'll want one with a lot of RAM, whereas if you're looking for a war server or something CPU usage is gonna be more important. Take a look at your requirements and spend as much as you're able to on improving the server you buy!
