Help deleting PvP zone and PZ zone

Quick question, lets say I put a PvP zone accidently and while trying to erase it I put a PZ zone above it because i thought it would replace it but instead they combine... , what happens? they cancel out? ... Anyway, (sorry off track) Let's say I regret it lol so I want to delete all "zones" now without deleting the buildings, is there a way to do that? :/

BTW 1ST YOU HAVE TO SELECT PVP IN PALETTE TOOLS !

Either way the PZ will cancel it out, but other than that listen to Beto06 & muhp
