Help failed to get sprite id Object build

Hi, I have this problem with object builder when trying to open some spr and any program I try to use sprites editor does not work.

What version of objectbuilder?
What version of client?

Say Sarah:
Tibia.spr and Tibia.dat damaged!
use other tibia.dat and tibia.spr
one bad configuration on the archive XML Ect...

Not a pro here but confirm if the spr/dat files have transparency and extended activated.
Are they custom spr/dat or normal ones?

Edit: and/or extended, first try with transparency, then extended, if not working, both, just to try your luck

Client 8.54
Object builder 0.3.4

It is already tested with transparency of extension, of no option works, also by the xml of the object builder.
if I put extended I get a different error.

Extended & transparency = error
