Help Finding Dat Editor 8.54

Hello, I created my own custom client with the vapus custom client maker, and I did it in purpose of that I wanted to use my own sprites, I've got a few sprites and I'd like to make them a item ingame now. People told me to use "dat editor", I've searched both on google and on otland, and can't really find anything.
