help please with my new realmap server

When i run the server it say

[12/11/2009 17:35:50] [Warning - Items::loadFromXml] Cannot load items file.
[12/11/2009 17:35:50] Line: 1726, Info: Extra content at the end of the document


then the items don't work help please

Use the normal items.xml file, and only edit it with NOTEPAD++ and not regular notepad/wordpad.

Should work fine if u only use notepad++ to edit.
